Booking

Terms & Conditions

1. Whilst the dates and times for the courses are correct at the time of advertising, Celebration Cakes by Catherine Scott reserves the right to make alterations to dates and times of courses. In such instances, students will be notified immediately and an alternative date and/or course offered. If the alternative date / time or course is not suitable, a full refund will be offered.
2. Bookings are made on a first come, first served basis. Places are not confirmed until cleared payment of the course fee has been received by Celebration Cakes.
3. The full course fee is payable at the time of booking (unless instalment payments are available for that particular course – see course schedule).
4. Students may change or cancel a booked course 28 days or more before the date of the class. In the case of cancellation the course fee paid will be refunded less an administration charge of £10.00.
5. In the event of a change or cancellation made between 28 days and 14 days before the date of the class, a refund of 25% of the course fee will be made. If a cancellation is made within 14 days of the start of the course the full fee paid will be non-refundable. A student may transfer his/her place on the course to another person up to 3 days before the start of the course.
6. In the event of a late cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness) the course fee can be transferred to the same or an alternative course at a later date — course to be taken within 12 months of the initial course date.

Payment

Payments can be made in cash (or gift voucher), by BACS, or by credit / debit card (please call 0118 946 1112 or 01491 873 332 with your card details). PayPal payments can be sent to sales@catherines-cakes.co.uk — please use ‘Course (date)’ as a reference. Please note we do not accept payment by cheque.

Gift Vouchers

Our gift vouchers make a great present and can be used as full or part payment towards any of our courses.
